Jamie is the Head of the Centre of Excellence in Manila. With over 22 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industries, Jamie has played a pivotal role in establishing Hudson RPO‘s Manila Centre of Excellence. With expertise in recruitment across North America and Asia Pacific, Jamie has successfully filled positions from entry-level to senior management. Jamie’s strengths lie in operational leadership, culture initiatives, and internal hiring and retention strategies. Holding a BSBA degree in Marketing Management from De La Salle University, College of St. Benilde, Jamie continues to contribute to the growth and success of Hudson RPO.
