Christian has more than 25 years of industry experience, building and leading RPO organizations in Latin America. He also has proven success supporting global programs. He has founded and scaled several RPO companies across Latin America, driving regional talent acquisition solutions.
Christian has extensive experience in building and growing multiple international delivery centers and has unparalleled experience and connections in the region.
Christian received a Licenciado y Profesor en Historia from Universidad de Buenos Aires – Buenos Aires, Argentina. He lives in Miami.
