About the Role:
Hudson RPO is seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our key clients in Argentina. This hybrid position requires working onsite three days per week at the client’s manufacturing site. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, primarily focused on manufacturing and commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements across manufacturing and commercial teams.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Leverage sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent in Argentina.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience aligned with the client’s values and culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruiting within Argentina, ideally across manufacturing and commercial roles.
  • Solid understanding of local hiring practices, labor laws, and market conditions.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing site or high-volume recruitment environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven setting.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
