We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring needs within the insurance sector. This role will focus on attracting and hiring top talent across various business functions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in underwriting, claims, actuarial, sales, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
  • Source and engage with candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the insurance sector.

About You:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the insurance/financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges and market trends.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in underwriting, claims, actuarial, or sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
