We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner (Part time) to join our team and support our hiring needs within the medical device/life sciences sector. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience to attract top talent in the industry.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for positions across various departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce planning needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and industry events, to build strong talent pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and expectations.
- Maintain compliance with industry-specific regulations and company hiring policies.
- Leverage data and recruitment metrics to track progress and improve hiring strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the medical device/life sciences industry.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in the medical device/life sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges, talent trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to talent acquisition
