As a Talent Acquisition Partner on our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our client to shape and refine their recruiting strategy. You will be part of a dynamic and expanding company that places a high value on creativity and its people, as well as on delivering results-driven programs. 

Our client is a forward-thinking pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your consultative approach will be crucial as you work alongside senior hiring managers and HR Business Partners. 

How you’ll shape the future of talent: 

  • Collaborate with senior hiring managers and HRBPs to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies
  • Develop and execute tailored recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Establish and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive change initiatives related to talent acquisition and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering insights and solutions to meet their hiring challenges
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding 

You’ll be someone who can bring: 

  • Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition Partner a complex or regulated industries such as FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Pharma
  • Experience with Workday. A strong understanding of Workday’s capabilities can help streamline processes and improve efficiency in this role
  • Data driven, you use facts, figures and intel to drive outcome
  • Highly capable of ensuring compliance in a process oriented and deadline driven environment
  • Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
