How you’ll shape the future of talent:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for digital and tech roles, from sourcing to onboarding

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-calibre candidates

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide consultative recruitment expertise

• Stay abreast of market trends in the digital and tech industries to guide hiring decisions

• Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience, reflecting the organization’s values and commitment to excellence

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function

 

You’ll be someone who can bring:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital and tech recruitment, with a proven ability to hire for roles in areas like data, AI, engineering, and digital product development

Skills: Strong sourcing skills using various tools and platforms, excellent stakeholder management, and a knack for delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and innovative, with a passion for connecting people with purpose-driven opportunities

Knowledge: Understanding of current trends and challenges in the digital and tech talent landscape
