As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant on our team you can expect to work with your client to shape their recruiting strategy while being part ver-growing company that values creativity and their people as much as it does results driven programs. Our client is an Innovative Chemical Manufacturing organisation and in this role you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You’ll have a consultative style and you are someone who enjoys working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition.

How you’ll shape the future of talent

  • Joining our team you will deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle. Preferred to have work in a fast – paced environment.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, delivering high volume projects ideally from the consumer/manufacturing/biotech sector
  • Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
  • Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
