Recruitment Specialist (Financial Services)

As a Recruitment Specialist focused on HR, operations, and finance recruitment, you will join an inspiring team working closely with our client stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing success of our broader global recruitment team. You will be a proactive recruiter, who is used to working at pace and speed with a consultative and responsive approach who enjoys partnering with key clients.

In this role you will source, attract, and assess the very best talent in the industry, building credibility and driving trust as you shape the future of talent. 

What you will be doing: 

• Join our high performing team you will deliver end to end recruitment for HR, Operations, and Finance
• Manage multiple stakeholders you will partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Passionate about delivering high-quality service and continuously improving the candidate experience

The role offers flexible work arrangement that allows you to work onsite in Ayala, Makati for 3 days per week and WFH for 2 days per week.
