The Role We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Edinburgh. This is not a sourcing role—you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, engaging directly with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process. You must be fluent in English & one other language to effectively engage with candidates across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
- Candidate Engagement: Identify, attract, and assess top talent, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
- Compliance & Process Management: Ensure recruitment processes align with employment laws and data protection regulations.
- Database & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
- English and Romanian
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, life sciences, or corporate functions.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
