We are currently seeking 4 remote recruiters based in the US to support a key client in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a remote, 6-12 month contract role with the possibility of permanent placement.

How You’ll Shape the Future of Talent:

  • Recruitment Process: Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to source, assess, and recruit top talent for critical roles across the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, maintaining high standards and timely delivery.
  • Talent Sourcing & Strategy: Utilize market trends and data to continuously refine sourcing strategies and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment activities, ensuring visibility and alignment with business needs.

You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in recruiting for highly competitive and time-sensitive roles is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting Sales and Marketing professionals in the pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
