- Source, engage, and screen prospective candidates, ensuring an efficient, seamless hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are met.
- Communicate fluently in both Polish and English to support our diverse candidate pool and collaborate with international teams.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to team success.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is essential to effectively communicate with our global talent pool.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
