Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Background Checks & Scheduling) Ref:89

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator, aligned to a Global Consumer Health organisation.
You will be responsible for accurate and effective delivery of scheduling and background screening for the EMEA region.

How You’ll Shape The Future of Talent:

  • Initiate and accurately monitor and complete background check for new hires
  • Interview Scheduling
  • Ensure system and tracker accuracy of progress through the process to ensure compliance
  • Build a positive rapport with candidates during the recruitment coordination interactions and ensuring they receive the information need
  • Responsible for the on-boarding of candidates from Employment Screening through to Start Date
  • Maintain a positive rapport with hiring managers throughout the recruitment coordination process to achieve client satisfaction and to help meet service level agreements from a recruitment perspective

You’ll Be Someone Who Can Bring:

  • You’ll bring solid experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Strong communication skills – you’ll be communicating with all levels of stakeholders
  • Experience in Microsoft Office package and Database/CRM/ATS experience
  • Driven by best practice and operational excellence
  • You’ll have excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments
  • Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Polish & English language skills required (other European language skills advantageous)
  • Ability to work in Warsaw, weekly
