Are you a talented recruiting professional looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in a globally recognized and highly successful organization?  We have a new opportunity for a Senior Recruiter supporting Technology to serve as a trusted partner for Hudson RPO Americas. This is an on-site position located in Mexico City.

How you’ll shape the future of talent:

  • Work closely with hiring managers, and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising leaders and the team on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
  • Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Ensure accurate metrics for reporting that provides visibility of recruitment activities and results
  • Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment and/or HR experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry preferred
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred, this may apply to project leadership
  • Process improvement driven, to develop and strengthen recruiting efforts
  • Technical proficiency, including experience with an ATS
  • Proficiency in English, within a business setting
  • Experience supporting hiring both in Mexico or Latin America, as well as in the United States and/or Canada
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience within Hudson RPO core industries is preferred
  • Knowledge of the RPO model preferred
