Summary:
The Managing Director (MD) for Hudson RPO’s Americas division is a senior leadership role with full operational responsibility for North, Central, and South America, including Canada. The role is accountable for driving business growth by developing client relationships, managing sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across the region. A primary focus of this role is expanding Hudson RPO’s market presence and increasing the share of wallet within the existing client base through the development and execution of tailored Client Sales Plans.

The MD Americas will position Hudson RPO as a strategic partner for talent solutions, targeting high-value clients and fostering strong relationships with senior decision-makers. This role combines strategic business development with operational leadership and client-facing interaction, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and New Opportunities:

  • Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients and business opportunities across North, Central, and South America, including Canada.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Hudson RPO’s share of wallet within existing client accounts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, focusing on the C-suite and senior management levels.
  • Develop and execute Client Sales Plans to deepen client partnerships and identify areas for business expansion.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure a consistent volume of sales activity, including client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups, to meet or exceed sales targets.

Solution Presentation:

  • Act as the lead representative of Hudson RPO, presenting tailored recruitment and talent solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
  • Position Hudson RPO as the preferred partner of choice for recruitment outsourcing solutions.

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage regional operations, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Liaise between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new revenue streams from both new and existing clients, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Market Representation:

  • Represent Hudson RPO at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and foster new business relationships.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure exceptional client service and operational success.
  • Share market insights, best practices, and business opportunities with colleagues across regions.
