About the Role

The Early Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) at Hudson RPO will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple functions, driving recruitment strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office attendance required three days a week at the New Jersey office. It is a one-year contract position, with strong potential for extension into a permanent role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Early Talent Programs across various business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, University Recruiters, Agencies, and the Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure campaigns are innovative and relevant, attracting the best talent from our University relations network.
  • Coordinate the campus calendar and provide necessary business support at events.
  • Execute the internal communications strategy and plan for Early Talent activities, in collaboration with the Brand and Communications teams, to deploy the internal marketing campaign.
  • Offer guidance to Recruitment Account Managers on early talent attraction strategies.
  • Establish strategic relationships with target institutions to enhance university presence.
  • Work with Program Managers, Human Resource Managers (HRMs), and Recruiters to drive business engagement in recruitment and selection activities.
  • Coach managers and senior leaders on attending campus events using standard Recruitment policies, processes, and systems.
  • Deploy and align local recruitment processes effectively.
  • Promote Hudson RPO at job fairs, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Stay informed about trends in the student recruitment market.
  • Prepare materials to promote Hudson RPO in collaboration with the communication department, creative agencies, and other employer branding service providers.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle and developing effective recruitment strategies, ideally within early talent and early career recruitment.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current market trends.

 

Preferred:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Familiarity with Agile TA methodology.
