Job Title: Administration SME / Project Coordinator
Reporting To: Operational Excellence Lead
About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Recruitment Project Coordination SME to support a high-volume and complex global recruitment project for one of our key clients. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution, focusing on recruitment project administration, reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Project Administration:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to maintain and update the integrated project plan.
- Follow up with task owners to ensure actions on project milestones are completed on time.
- Support data entry for project tracking systems and bulk uploads.
- Schedule and coordinate regular stand-up meetings and team catch-up sessions to ensure project progress and alignment.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Run Workday reports to collect and organize relevant recruitment data.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to visualize and present TA metric data to stakeholders.
- Write executive summaries to provide context and insights on recruitment data.
- Validate and cross-check data with global Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the global programme steering committee to incorporate TA data into steering decks and other key reports.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Support the design and development of new features in the TA dashboard to highlight strategic recruitment projects and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within a recruitment or talent acquisition context.
- Strong proficiency in Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to build reports and dashboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
