In this section you will find information on what is required to be a Hudson RPO contractor, frequently asked questions and who to go to for support and guidance throughout your assignment.
All job seekers looking for temporary and contract roles with Hudson RPO must provide proof of identification, plus any additional documents supporting your right to work in Australia (e.g. your work visa and/or passport).
You will also be asked to provide a copy of your resume, referee contact details, original copies of qualifications, as well as licences or certificates.

If you are new to contracting at Hudson RPO, you will be prompted to complete a number of payroll and other related documents when you log into the Time2Pay portal. You must complete all of these documents before you can submit a timesheet. These documents include:

Please note that Hudson RPO only engages candidates as independent Contractors through a company, trust or partnership. Hudson does not engage Sole Traders.
To submit your timesheet you will need to log in with your assigned user name and password to Time2Pay. If you do not have internet access, please advise us so that we can provide you with an alternative method for submitting your timesheets.
To ensure your pay is received on-time and in-full, please have your timesheets submitted and approved by COB Friday. Final cut off for timesheets submitted through Time2Pay is Monday 7.30pm AEST.
Subject to on time timesheet approval, payment is released each Wednesday and in your account on the Thursday. In the event of a change to timesheet cut-off or pay date, advance communication will be sent by email.
If you are currently undertaking an assignment, please contact your consultant as soon as possible.
You need to think about what you want to do well in advance of your visa expiring as once your work visa has expired you are no longer eligible to work in Australia. Please contact your recruitment consultant immediately if your visa has expired.

If you are contracting under a PAYG or employment arrangement, your superannuation is paid in line with the Australian Taxation Office statutory deadlines, which is quarterly in arrears. Your superannuation can be paid to Hudson RPO’s default fund, Sun Super or alternatively you can complete a superannuation choice form to nominate a fund of your choice through the Time2Pay portal. Always ensure accurate & complete information is submitted to avoid any errors to your super payments. Self-managed super funds do require you to upload additional documents.
If you are summoned for a jury service the relevant court/sheriffs office will generally pay you an allowance for any lost wages and for travel. Contact the relevant court/sheriff’s office in your state or territory or your consultant.

Your details will be passed onto the Flare team and you will receive a login within your first week of joining Hudson RPO.

Hudson RPO employs the majority of contractors/temporaries as casual employees. As a casual employee you are not entitled to paid annual leave. For further information regarding your entitlements as a casual employee please visit the Fairwork website for the latest information.
Generally you will not be eligible for any forms of paid leave however in limited circumstances you may be eligible for unpaid leave. Please contact your recruitment consultant to confirm if you may be eligible.
A hazard is any source of harm or potential harm to a person or to property/equipment. This can include unsafe work practices or any other aspects of the work environment.
Should you identify a hazard in your workplace which you are unable to safely resolve yourself report it to your supervisor.
If you are dissatisfied with the steps taken by your supervisor to address the hazard, you must escalate the issue to your recruitment consultant.
