Our client is a multinational steel manufacturing corporation based in Luxembourg City. Their primary markets include industry (building, energy, transport etc.), automotive, and packaging sectors.
Following heavy reliance on third-party recruitment providers, the client appointed Hudson RPO to reduce agency spend and boost direct sourcing across Europe.
Journey to success
As an extension to their existing onsite HR team, we implemented a dedicated sourcing and screening solution based in the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Edinburgh. At the CoE, our sourcers paired strong technical skills with multilingual recruitment in French, Italian, Polish, and German.
This solution was supported by an advertising strategy and creation of a dedicated microsite supporting their employer value proposition (EVP) and brand messaging.
Project expansion
Thanks to the project’s success, the solution has recently been renewed. Our client continues its growth with the support of skilled manufacturing recruitment.
Behind the scenes
In addition to sourcing support, we created a microsite careers page to promote niche vacancies. We helped drive employer brand awareness by sharing this page with passive candidates.
