Technical Recruiter (3 month project)

We are seeking excellent Tech Recruiter who will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies for various technology-focused roles as part of a 3-month project. This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to support sourcing, screening, and onboarding across multiple ongoing recruitment projects. The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of tech hiring needs within a fast-paced and evolving environment. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align on hiring priorities.
  • Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit based on technical and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and provide a smooth candidate experience.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc hiring projects as needed, including market mapping and pipeline building.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and potentially with external stakeholders (clients or project leads).
     

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tech or IT recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and understanding of the local Singapore tech talent market.
  • Able to manage multiple roles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Prior experience working in a project-based or consulting environment is a plus.
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred
