We are actively growing our business and we are now seeking an RPO Sales professional to join our Team to identify and drive new Hudson RPO partnership opportunities across the Indian market.

What you will be doing:

  • Driving new business sales, winning new RPO, MSP and Project Solutions
  • Identifying RPO partnership opportunities and fostering relationships with senior HR and c-suite stakeholders
  • Proposal development, tender responses, pitch presentations
  • Consultation, design and implementation of customised talent solutions
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the leadership, bid and implementation team to achieve business strategic objectives

You will need outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written with current market and industry knowledge across talent acquisition and talent solutions. Being commercial and results oriented will also be important to your success in this role which is really all about driving the growth of our business!

Ideally you will come with a strong track record as a highly regarded sales professional within the Recruitment/RPO/Total Talent sector, or perhaps you are an RPO operations specialist who is a natural when it comes to building effective and productive relationships with client stakeholders, has an eye for spotting opportunities combined with a strong ability to form trust and influence at the most senior levels and who is passionate and genuine about considering a career move into Sales. You must have a background partnering and engaging with international stakeholders and some experience selling into international markets will be advantageous, however RPO knowledge and experience is essential.
