Early Careers Recruitment Specialist (Contract)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Early Careers Recruitment Specialist to join our recruitment team on a 6 month contract. In this role, you will work closely with the Early Careers lead and recruitment team to attract top junior talent and contribute to our employer brand equity across Australia. You will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for participants in our graduate and internship programs.

Your background in early careers recruitment, particularly within large or multinational organizations, will be essential to succeed in this role. Strong relationship management skills, a client-focused approach, and creative sourcing strategies will be key. If you are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing: 

• Execute early careers hiring operations and contribute to building a robust early careers pipeline.
• Foster and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and universities to enhance our employer branding efforts.
• Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, agreements, and university partnerships.
• Plan, organize, and manage career fairs, networking events, and on-campus activities to attract top talent.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, promptly addressing first-level queries from interns, candidates, and university partners.
