Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sourcer/Jr Recruiter to join our Costa Rica-based team on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role. This role provides daily support to a team of Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists across the Americas. You’ll be integral to the recruitment process, assisting with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and completing administrative HR tasks to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Interviewing: Actively source and interview candidates across multiple channels for a range of roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Candidate Administration: Arrange and coordinate interviews, background checks, and psychometric assessments.
  • Documentation: Generate new starter paperwork and assist with other HR administration tasks as required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader recruitment team on process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Support: Provide daily support to Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists across the Americas.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: A proven track record of 1-3 years in a similar role in scheduling, recruitment administration, or human resources administration. Experience within a large, complex corporate environment is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with candidates.
  • Technical Skills: A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive and Flexible: A flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude, with the ability to manage your workflow autonomously.
  • Candidate Experience Focus: Strong commitment to providing a superb candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
