Job Summary
Hudson RPO is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Sourcer to join our Edinburgh team on an immediate basis. The successful candidate will specialise in market mapping and candidate sourcing for management and manufacturing roles  This role takes a proactive approach to identifying top talent and building robust candidate pipelines. You need to be able to speak Polish fluently to effectively engage with a diverse talent pool across Europe.
Key Responsibilities

  • Market Mapping:
    Conduct thorough research to identify and target high-quality talent within the management and manufacturing sectors in Poland.
  • Talent Sourcing:
    Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Initiate contact with potential candidates, manage outreach, and build long-term relationships to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with hiring managers and the broader recruitment team to understand hiring needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Database Management:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing metrics to ensure continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Talent Intelligence Intelligence:
    Provide insights and regular updates on market trends, candidate availability, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to relevant employment and data protection regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent Polish speaker
    • Proven track record in market mapping and talent sourcing, preferably with exposure to the life sciences or manufacturing sectors.
  • Communication:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Savvy:
    Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms (Linked in)
