We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter fluent in Dutch to join our dynamic team on an exciting new account. This position is one of two openings created as a result of internal promotions, providing you with an excellent opportunity for growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates.
- Source, screen, and engage with qualified candidates, maintaining a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align on recruitment needs.
- Communicate effectively in both Polish and English, supporting our diverse candidate pool.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve recruitment targets and address evolving business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships at all levels.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to achieving recruitment goals.
