Technology Innovation & Solutions Lead – Hudson RPO Hudson RPO is seeking a Technology Innovation & Solutions Lead to drive the procurement, customization, and deployment of HR technology solutions that meet the diverse needs of clients across regions. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing a technology strategy that blends third-party solutions, proprietary customizations, and white-labelled platforms to deliver cutting-edge recruitment automation and workforce efficiency. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of procurement, solution design, vendor management, and client technology enablement, ensuring Hudson RPO’s technology ecosystem seamlessly integrates with clients’ HRIS platforms and delivers measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and procure third-party HR tech solutions that align with client needs and Hudson RPO’s digital strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment automation providers to ensure access to best-in-class technologies.
- Negotiate licensing, service-level agreements, and commercial terms with technology vendors.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Solution Design & Customization
- Develop customized solutions by configuring and tailoring third-party platforms to enhance recruitment processes and client outcomes.
- White-label and rebrand external HR tech platforms to align with Hudson RPO’s branding and client expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop automation workflows, streamline processes, and integrate AI-driven tools.
- Design flexible, modular solutions that can adapt to diverse regional and client-specific requirements.
Client Technology Enablement
- Partner closely with client account teams to understand client HRIS ecosystems and operational challenges.
- Ensure that technology solutions are compatible with clients’ core systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors) and enhance their overall talent acquisition strategies.
- Support client onboarding by aligning technology solutions with their business processes and ensuring smooth integrations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HR technology adoption, best practices, and operational efficiencies.
Platform Integration & Automation
- Lead the integration of external technology solutions with Hudson RPO’s internal systems and client platforms.
- Collaborate with API developers and data engineers to enable seamless interoperability across systems.
- Optimize automation processes for sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and analytics to drive efficiency and enhance recruiter performance.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze the performance and adoption of technology solutions to measure ROI and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collect feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to inform future solution upgrades and innovations.
- Ensure all technology solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
Key Skills & Experience Required HR Tech & Integration Expertise:
- Strong understanding of the HR technology landscape, including HRIS, ATS, and recruitment automation platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, Bullhorn).
- Experience in assessing, procuring, and implementing HR tech solutions tailored to client needs.
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-based platforms.
Solution Design & Customization:
- Proven ability to configure and customize third-party technology solutions to create client-centric platforms.
- Experience in white-labeling and rebranding external platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment technologies and automation tools.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Experience working with clients to embed technology solutions into their talent acquisition processes.
Commercial Acumen:
- Vendor negotiation skills and experience managing commercial agreements.
- Ability to balance cost, functionality, and scalability when procuring and implementing technology.
