About the Role:
Hudson RPO is seeking an experienced, strategic Client Services Director to lead an established and long-standing RPO solution for Macquarie, a globally recognized and progressive employer in the Banking and Finance sector. With a reputation for empowering diverse talent and fostering entrepreneurial pursuits, Macquarie is the ideal partner for this pivotal role. We are looking for someone with extensive Banking or Finance experience, who has a proven track record in leading teams of recruiters across the country and building long-lasting client relationships. This is a senior role where you will serve as a static leader for Macquarie, providing consistent strategic leadership and ensuring the success of the RPO solution
As a Client Services Director, you will lead a sophisticated, multi-dimensional RPO program, supporting multiple business units across the Americas. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the Talent Acquisition function. You’ll manage a geographically dispersed team and work closely with senior leadership, driving the delivery of world-class recruitment solutions while achieving commercial success for Hudson RPO.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the RPO Solution: Ensure the RPO solution consistently delivers high performance and aligns with Macquarie’s strategic objectives.
- Talent Acquisition Excellence: Devise and implement a world-class T.A process with clear communication and a defined strategy.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing specialists.
- Consultative Partnership: Provide guidance and market insights to HR stakeholders, hiring managers, and senior leaders, driving innovation and continuous improvement in TA processes and systems.
- Client Relations & Expertise: Serve as the trusted voice and subject matter expert on all things Talent Acquisition, providing exceptional client service with a high level of Emotional Intelligence. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a reliable, consultative partner who is proactive in addressing the client’s needs and challenges.
- Project Delivery & Change Management: Drive key projects and manage change across the talent acquisition process.
- Commercial Focus: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and contractual delivery requirements to ensure commercial success.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a proactive approach to issue resolution, ensuring compliance and process optimization.
