About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join an established, high-performing team at Hudson RPO to support our client, a leader in the Chemical Manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with a passion for recruiting and building strong relationships across the business. You will be working in a hybrid role to one of 3 locations- Warsaw, Manchester, or Edinburgh 2-3 days per week.
If you are results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience managing full-cycle recruitment, this role is for you. Fluency in French and English is required, as you will be partnering with both English and French-speaking stakeholders and candidates.

How you’ll shape the future of talent:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and key business leaders to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Market Insights: Provide guidance on talent trends, market insights, and competitor movements, advising stakeholders on recruitment strategies
  • Promote DE&I: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) through networking, process improvement, and ongoing education

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-paced, competitive industries, with a focus on filling time-sensitive roles
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Consultative Approach: A consultative mindset, able to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
  • Exceptional Candidate Journey: Skilled in delivering a positive, efficient, and engaging candidate experience
  • Direct Sourcing & Screening: Highly experienced in direct sourcing, screening, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Fluency in French and English: Required for effective communication with global teams, stakeholders, and candidates
  • Location Requirements: Based locally in Warsaw, Manchester, or Edinburgh for 2-3 days per week, hybrid work (required)
