Tampa, Fla., Sept. 18, 2024 – Hudson RPO today announced that Everest Group has recognized the firm as an Aspirant in its Managed Service Provider (MSP) PEAK Matrix® Assessment.

The PEAK Matrix® Assessment analyzes two main evaluation dimensions in MSP: Market Impact, and Vision and Capability.

Market Impact as captured through three subcategories:

1. Market Adoption, measuring the number of clients, revenue base, YoY growth and deal value/volume.
2. Portfolio Mix, measuring diversity of client/revenue base across geographies and type of engagements.
3. Value Delivered, based on customer feedback and transformational impact.

Vision and Capability as captured through four subcategories:

1. Vision and Strategy, for the client and the firm being assessed, including a future roadmap and strategy.

Tampa, Fla., Sept. 11, 2024 – In a push to further expand its global presence, name recognition and industry leadership position, Hudson RPO has hired Cody Loveland as Global Head of Social Media Strategy. In this role, Loveland will enhance the firm’s stature with clients, employees and the greater talent acquisition industry.

Loveland is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience as a digital catalyst, culture champion and international speaker.

Prior to joining Hudson RPO, Loveland was Head of Social Media and Director of Global, Digital, Social Media and Corporate Brand for Alcon, an industry leading medical device company. He has also served as a consultant for Korn Ferry, providing social media and digital marketing strategies to help recruit and retain talent in the life sciences industry.

Loveland received his Master’s degree in Education from Portland State University and completed post-graduate studies in Education Leadership and Social Justice at Oregon State University and a Talent Management certification from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Tampa, Fla., Sept. 10, 2024 –Hudson RPO today announced the hiring of another seasoned talent acquisition professional, continuing the firm’s expansion efforts in executive search.

Dr. John Muchka, PharmD, is joining Hudson RPO as a Managing Partner in Executive Search. His area of focus is the pharmacy/healthcare space, and he will also further business development with new clients.

Dr. Muchka is a clinical pharmacist with nearly 15 years of extensive experience in the healthcare field. In addition to his clinical work, Muchka serves the community as co-founder and president of Pharm to Tables Charitable Organization, Inc. Pharm to Tables has emerged as a driving force in promoting overall community health by helping with food insecurity.

Dr. Muchka received his Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by His Doctor of Pharmacy from South University School of Pharmacy.

Dr. Muchka joins several other executive search professionals at Hudson RPO who are furthering the firm’s offering of talent acquisition across all levels of client organizations.
