As a Talent Acquisition Consultant on our team, you can expect to work with your client to shape their recruiting strategy while being part of an ever-growing company that values creativity and its people as much as it does results-driven programs.
In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders within the financial services and life insurance sector to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You’ll have a consultative style, and you are someone who enjoys working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in developing and delivering both volume and specialist recruitment programs, establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition.
This is a hybrid work arrangement.
 
 How you’ll shape the future of talent:

  • Joining our team you will deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Managing multiple stakeholders you partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Recruit across all levels, including senior and specialist roles
  • Drive and deliver volume programs
  • Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives

 
You’ll be someone who can bring:
 

  • Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
  • Experience recruiting in deadline-driven, client-partnering environments, ideally within highly regulated large-scale complex environments
  • Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
  • Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
