Strategic Workforce Planning Case Study
When Medibank, Australia's publicly funded universal health care system, embarked on a company-wide initiative to improve employee retention and engagement they turned to Hudson RPO for the solution.
In 2007, Medibank had limited recruitment, assessment and workforce planning strategies. Recruitment was decentralised and reactive with over 100 suppliers. Medibank’s HR had no way of accurately measuring their costs, time to fill and quality of hires. A key concern was also that their staff turnover for less than 12 months service was at 53%.
Hudson RPO Workforce Planning Solution
