Client Challenge
In mid-2003, our client decided to outsource recruitment the recruitment function for all professional-level hiring within its North American organization. With a large volume of annual hires, the company underwent a formal process to select the right provider who could meet all of their needs. Their primary goals were reducing their recruiting spend, improving time to hire, and upgrading their quality of talent across the company.

Recruitment Outsourcing Results
Over the course of a three-and-a-half-year period, Hudson RPO delivered close to 3,000 professional-level hires across Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Finance, IT, Engineering, and Research & Development functions, and supported the recruitment of an additional 1,500 retail hires.
Cost-Per-Hire was reduced by 32%, Time-to-Fill was reduced by 18%, and Quality of Hire as measured through annual performance reviews of Hudson RPO hires was strong, with 100% of hires rated Fair-and-Above, inclusive of 35% of hires rated Outstanding or Distinguished at review.
Finally, customer satisfaction ratings were high, and Hudson RPO significantly improved diversity applicant flow, while also receiving a commendation from the OFCCP for excellence in compliance.
