JESPER BENDTSEN
Vice President, Recruitment Process Outsourcing Jesper is the general manager of Hudson's North American recruitment
process outsourcing (RPO) business. This includes accountability for new
business development, solution design, implementation, client management
and service delivery. Jesper’s experience spans over eleven years in the
recruitment industry. He worked with one of North America's largest
recruitment marketing and technology companies as a director, business
development. Prior to that, Jesper spent six years with both contingency
and retainer based recruitment firms where he was responsible for business
development, account management, service delivery, and the training and
development of new recruiters.
