Josh Sorkin

As Senior Vice President for Enterprise Services, Josh Sorkin leads the delivery, client satisfaction and profitability of Hudson’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Project Recruitment and Talent Management capabilities. His national responsibilities allow Josh to deliver solutions varied in scope on a local, national, or global scale.

Josh’s background includes experience as Managing Director of a large specialized recruiting and human capital solutions firm with global leadership responsibility for the Industrial market. Josh’s duties included business development, service delivery, strategic account management, hiring, training and budgeting. As a personal producer, he achieved top revenue in the company two years running.

Earlier in his career, Josh co-founded a software company providing forecasting and inventory management tools. He also spent time at Chase (now JP Morgan Chase) in their Global Fund Services division.

Josh holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University.

Jesper BendtsenJesper Bendtsen
Vice President, Recruitment Process Outsourcing

As Vice President, Jesper is the general manager of Hudson’s North American recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business. This includes accountability for new business development, solution design, implementation, client management and service delivery.

Jesper joined Hudson from another large human resources outsourcing organization where he spent three years leading RPO business development in North America. Jesper’s duties included developing the North America sales force best practices to identify, engage and qualify RPO prospects. Jesper was then responsible for developing contracts, defining service delivery models, and acting as a senior point of escalation through service delivery.

Jesper’s experience spans over eleven years in the recruitment industry. He worked with one of North America’s largest recruitment marketing and technology companies as a director, business development. Prior to that, Jesper spent six years with both contingency and retainer based recruitment firms where he was responsible for business development, account management, service delivery, and the training and development of new recruiters.

Jesper lives in Toronto and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Colorado State University.

Simon Fenwick
General Manager, Talent Management & Director, International Business Development
North America

Simon Fenwick is General Manager of Hudson’s Talent Management group, responsible for the coordination, delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability of all Talent Management services throughout North America. These include Assessment and Development Centers, Competency Modeling and 360° tools that help clients attract the right people and develop their abilities. He is also the Director of International Business Development, responsible for aligning Hudson’s global services with the needs of multi-national companies.

Simon’s experience in the Talent Management arena spans over 12 years with specialist knowledge of the outsourcing and project solutions market internationally. His experience in designing, implementing and developing recruitment strategies, talent acquisition and retention plans and outsourced models is complemented by a background in strategic account management.

His experience across international markets has allowed him to understand different approaches and concepts. Simon is a skilled facilitator in change management, motivation, and sales process mapping. His strength lies in his ability to see an opportunity, threat or challenge, develop a clear understanding and build and implement a strategy/solution to address each issue.

Prior to joining Hudson, Simon worked in sales and consulting roles for major technology firms in Australia serving industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, media, advertising and publishing sectors.

Simon holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Auckland.
