Tom joined Hudson in 2002 as UK Sales Director. In 2005 he assumed responsibility for the recruitment process outsourcing division at Hudson catering for a variety of key client relationships across Europe. In addition to this remit he manages the Commercial team, supporting the commercial sales approach for all Hudson Services, with responsibilty for corporate sales and key accounts.
 
Prior to joining Hudson, Tom worked as Sales Director at Resource Solutions and Business Development Manager at MSB.

Kimberley Hubble
Executive General Manager – Managed Services and Talent Management
Australia

Kimberley Hubble leads Hudson’s Managed Services/RPO and Talent Management businesses. Kimberley is a key member of Hudson’s Australasian Executive Team and also sits on the Global Executive Committee for these businesses.

Kimberley joined Hudson in 1993 as an Organisational Psychologist and has held a variety of roles since this time spanning Hudson’s Talent Management, Recruitment, Account Management, Strategic Sales and Managed Services/RPO businesses.

Kimberley's expertise lies in conducting strategic recruitment reviews and designing and implementing recruitment outsourcing arrangements. Kimberley also offers deep talent management expertise across areas, such as workforce planning, employment branding, competency management, assessment, career & succession management, coaching & outplacement. Kimberley has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Sydney University and is a Psychologist with over 20 years experience.

Simon Bell
Regional Director, Managed Solutions
Asia

Simon established and now leads Hudson’s Regional Managed Solutions (RPO) and Talent Management businesses in Asia. Reporting to the CEO, Simon has built up an experienced team of implementation and delivery managers and recruitment specialists to deliver onsite and project recruitment solutions across Asia. He currently oversees several established onsite teams in China, India and Singapore as part of local, regional and global outsourced recruitment contracts. Simon’s client experience spans the Financial Services, IT, Pharmaceutical, Agribusiness, Chemical and Industrial sectors.

Simon also manages Hudson’s regional Talent Management practice which includes a select group of organizational psychologists, project managers and an expert panel of associates to deliver assessment, development, coaching and outplacement to a high profile client base now spanning China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Japan.

Simon joined Hudson Asia beginning of 2006 following six years with Hudson Australia. During his time with the Australian business Simon held various leadership roles including Practice Leader Financial Services, Victoria and National Client Relationship Manager working across recruitment, assessment and RPO solutions.

Prior to joining Hudson, Simon worked for Dun & Bradstreet for over three years as an Account Executive, consulting to major financial services organizations in Australia on market and credit risk information.  Simon was later seconded to China in the role of Marketing & Communications Manager where he implemented a China-wide direct marketing campaign and developed key relationships with the Foreign Investment Enterprises.

Simon has hands on experience with a range of applicant tracking systems software and is also accredited in the SHL suite of psychometric assessment tools.

Simon holds a BA degree from the University of Melbourne (Double Major Asian Economic Systems /Foreign Languages) and a Post Graduate from Monash University in International Business
