During this stage, we document client workflows, technology requirements, project recruitment volumes, types of positions, and defines service levels that will measure Hudson’s compliance with mutually agreed processes. Also, technology-related security and audit requirements typically are mapped out and agreed to at this stage.
Our implementation process has been developed over many years and
engagements. We use formal project management methodologies to uncover all
relevant details of your critical process elements, and augment those with our
own proven strategies and tactics. Each client is fully briefed on all final
workflows, processes and solution design steps, and signs off on every critical
element prior to going live.
