Josh Sorkin

Executive Vice President, RPO and Talent Management, Americas

As Executive Vice President for RPO & Talent Management, Americas, Josh Sorkin leads the delivery, client satisfaction and profitability of Hudson’s RPO and Talent Management capabilities. His national responsibilities allow Josh to deliver solutions varied in scope on a local, national, or global scale.

Josh’s background includes experience as Managing Director of a large specialized recruiting and human capital solutions firm with global leadership responsibility for the Industrial market. Josh’s duties included business development, service delivery, strategic account management, hiring, training and budgeting. As a personal producer, he achieved top revenue in the company two years running.

Earlier in his career, Josh co-founded a software company providing forecasting and inventory management tools. He also spent time at Chase (now JP Morgan Chase) in their Global Fund Services division.

Josh holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University.
