Simon’s experience in the recruitment & Talent Management arena spans over 17 years with specialist knowledge of the Talent Management & Recruitment Outsourcing markets internationally. His experience in designing; implementing and developing talent management strategies, assessment and Leadership Development engagements, coaching solutions, talent acquisition and retention plans, is complimented by a background in strategic account management and sales.
Simon started his career with Hudson in 2004 in Sydney Australia before he was transferred to Hudson’s New York office in 2006. His experience across international markets has allowed him to understand different approaches and concepts. Simon holds responsibility for the management of the North American Talent Management business as well as holding responsibility for managing and coordinating international business opportunities for Hudson RPO across the Americas.
A skilled facilitator in change management, motivation, and sales process mapping his strength lies in his ability to see an opportunity, threat or challenge, develop a clear understanding and build and implement a strategy/solution to address each issue.
Simon holds NZCA from the Auckland University of Technology.
