In 2002, Johnson & Johnson Medical (J&J) wanted to create a national recruiting solution. At the time, no other recruitment process outsourcing solution existed in Australia, so J&J turned to Hudson to create the first-of-its-kind-outsourced recruitment solution.
Permanent Recruiting Solution
Hudson RPO was brought in to handle all permanent recruitment, internal and external for professional roles, excluding IT, as well as all Psychometric testing of professional staff. Five Hudson recruiters were brought onsite to act as strategic partners to the J&J team.
