The results of the recruiting effort so far have been exemplary: There have been outstanding contributions all the way around, whether it is Evelyn conducting a 'hiring the best' training session for my team and creating the extensive hiring manuals (to keep the extended hiring teams in three countries aligned), or Sunita and Ruchira working all those extra hours to keep the ball rolling as we worked to finalize the contract, (especially on the R & D leader role for India, which I am happy to report, is now filled), or Laura in China working closely with us to scope out unusual expertise.
